Full Automatic Glass Bottle Crown Caps Beer Filling and Capping Machine

This machine combines automatic rinsing, filling and capping in one machine, it’s specially designed for beer glass bottle with crown caps. The machine has the feature of compact structure, low noise, easy maintenance and operation. And it adopts two times vacuuming to minimize the oxygen level during beer filling.

Working flow:

The empty glass bottles are feeding into 3 in 1 machine by a feeding screw which will conveyors the bottles to rinsing heads, clip the bottle neck and turn over 180 degrees for rinsing, then filling beer into glass bottles and finally capping by crown caps on top of bottled glass bottle.
