Three sides labeling machine is suitable for round bottle, flat bottle, square bottle with three labels symmetrical labeling with high speed. Mainly used for high-speed labeling in water, beverage, liquor industry production line.

Features:

1.      The latest high-speed labeling head, rigid strengthening making, independent motor to collect the back paper, the eight dimension adjustment, for special angle products, only need to adjust angle, easy operation and convenient.

2.      Labeling head use three compression rollers structure, ensure that the label paper tension and avoid the label break off phenomenon because of back paper cutting injury, Sectional type clutch makes tension more balance.

3.      The pressure between the driving shaft and roller is adjustable, when is the labels are running, the direction can be adjusted arbitrarily, rather than the ordinary elastic pressing.

4.      The host uses servo motor from famous factory, realize the closed loop control, to avoid the general stepping motor “the blind” phenomenon, high precision subdivision, built in absolute value encoder, all this in order to provide high accuracy.
